I am a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, and Health and Wellness enthusiast. As an integrative health practitioner I evaluate functional lab tests (or online health assessments and health history), and previous and current symptoms to help uncover the root cause of men and women’s imbalances that are negatively affecting their daily lives. With each functional lab test I will explain in detail what each result means. After we discover and address your specific and unique health toxicities, deficiencies , and personal goals and concerns, I will develop and customize a protocol just for you and your unique needs and goals. 12 Week Revive Wellness Package $199.00 a month.
This Package is customized to address your specific and unique health toxicities, deficiencies, imbalances, personal goals, and concerns. With each client the focus is uncovering the underlying root cause imbalances that are causing your health issues and symptoms. At home lab testing is used with health assessments to achieve finding out the root cause of your imbalances (vitamins, minerals, etc.) and your toxicities (heavy metals, mold, parasites, etc.) Each client is then provided with a personalized protocol to get well, achieve a healthy weight, rebalance sleep, hormones, energy levels, and revive your whole system to its healthiest state.
Program outline:
Week 1 - 60 minute (Skype, phone, or in person) health intake and recommendations (labs, supplements, wellness and nutritional handouts, recipes, etc.) Weeks 1-3 it is recommended to do the 21 day functional medicine detox.
Week 4- 60 minute (Skype, phone, or in person) appointment explaining your personalized wellness plan created for your specific needs that fits within your lifestyle.
Week 8- 30 minute (Skype, phone, or in person) appointment is a follow up to go over how you are doing with the plan and to make any adjustments if needed.
Week 13- 30 minute (Skype, phone, or in person) appointment to check in on your progress and to see how you are feeling overall (decreased symptoms, weight loss, better sleep etc.) and teach you how to maintain the program and then ween you off any supplements we may have added to your program.
12 week detox and body transformation wellness program $299.00 a month.
This plan is designed to help you attain a healthy body weight that is sustainable long term, balance hormones, increase energy, balance blood sugar levels to help fight cravings, and detox your body. There are weekly check-ins and support to hold you accountable for all of your wellness and your weight-loss goals. Each client is provided with their own unique fitness plan, dietary plan, and supplement protocol.
Program outline:
Week 1 - 60 minute (Skype, phone, or in person) health intake and recommendations (Lab recommendations, supplements, wellness and healthy nutritional handouts, recipes, snacking hacks, etc.) Weeks 1-3 it is recommended to do the 21 day functional medicine detox.
Week 2 - Email check-in to see how you are doing with the detox and any exercise that has been implemented. This is when you will be able to email me any questions you have. I will also have you email me your weight the morning of the check-in and and progress pictures (only for clients that are comfortable providing progress pictures). Progress pictures and weight log will only be once a week on email check-in days.
Week 3 - Email check-in, weight log, progress pictures, and any questions you may have.
Week 4 - 60 minute (Skype, phone, or in person) appointment explaining your personalized nutritional meal plan (food shopping list, weight loss template,) and supplement recommendations. This will be implemented once the 3 week detox is finished. We will also discuss the custom workout guide sheet created for your specific goals that fits within your lifestyle.
Week 5 - Email check-in, weight log, progress pictures, and any questions you may have.

Plant Based Transitioning Program $399.00 a month.

This program is designed to help you transition into a plant based diet with ease! Have you ever wanted to try eating a more plant based diet but you weren’t sure where to start? Have you attempted to try an all plant based diet and you found it to be too difficult or you missed certain foods (cheese, burgers, ice cream, etc.)? It can be hard trying to transition and not knowing where to start, what to eat, knowing how much to eat, what brands are more palatable and tasty, and what to do when you go out to a none Veg restaurant with friends. This program is created to help guide you and provide you with plant based nutrition education, tips, recipes, resources, inspiration and more! I will walk you through the whole process step by step and make the transition into eating a more plant based Whole Foods diet simple, healthy, enjoyable, and fun. Week 2 - One in person grocery shopping trip (local clients). In this meet up, I will go to the stores you typically shop at and I will also research what other health food stores are in your area that can be useful for the meet up as well. This is to educate you on how to read nutritional labels, what ingredients to lookout for, and how to shop to ensure you are eating balanced plant based meals. You will also be provided with an email, with plant based grocery websites, plant based restaurants, and other options for eating plant based in your area. I will also send out meal ideas and base them on any dietary restrictions you may have.
Week 2 - For clients that are not local: I will email you videos on how to read nutritional labels, what ingredients to lookout for, and how to shop to ensure you are eating balanced plant based meals. I will also provide you with plant based grocery websites, plant based restaurants, and other options for eating plant based in your area. I will also send out meal ideas and base them on any dietary restrictions you may have.
Week 4 - 30 minute (Skype, phone, or in person) appointment where we go over what meals you have been eating, struggles you have had, and any adjustments we may make to your nutrition.
Week 8 - 30 minute (Skype, phone, or in person) appointment to go over how you are doing with the plan and to make any adjustments if needed. I will email a health questioner for you to fill out that we will go over during the next appointment.
Week 13 - 30 minute (Skype, phone, or in person) appointment. We will access your overall progress, health questioner, and you're and how you are feeling (energy levels, weight loss or gain, better sleep, skin, digestion, etc.) We will go over how you will maintain your goals after your program has ended and add any supplements, lab work, or dietary additions if needed.

Healing the whole person
With each person I work with, I integrate the DESTRESS Protocol ™. The Protocol was created by globally recognized Dr. Stephen Cabral who is the creator of the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute. Dr. Cabral has a doctorate in naturopathy, is a Functional Medicine Practitioner, has a Doctorate of Functional Medicine Practitionery, is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, and holds many other certifications and specilities. Dr Cabral is also the author of “The Rain Barrel Effect”, which is a number one international best seller!
DIET: How is your nutrition? Are you getting an adequate amount of nutrients to support your body? Are you experiencing symptoms or having reactions to foods? Do you deal with any digestive issues? I use short term diet protocols with the mindset of transitioning to long term healthy eating regimens that are custom tailored for each individual based on their unique needs.
EXERCISE: Are you lost on what workouts to do and how often you should exercise for your weight loss or weight gain goals? Within my coaching I provide each client with a plan to rebalance their bodies to a healthy state.
STRESS: What are your stress levels like? I provide clients with the tips and healing supplements to enable each individual to replenish their stress depleted reserves and have the strength to rebuild their bodies while buffering stress.
TOXINS: Toxins are in our home and all of our environments and I teach my clients what they can do to your body, where to look for them, and how to safely remove them.
REST: It is essential that each person's wellbeing is that they are able to sleep and feel relaxed within their daily lives. I teach clients the ways to heal and buffer everyday stress away to help them achieve optimal sleep and relaxation.
EMOTIONS: Do you feel like you aren't in the best emotional state? I teach my clients ways to become more emotionally stable to ensure they become the best versions of themselves.
SUPPLEMENTS: There are many reasons why high quality nutritional supplementation is needed. I share with my clients why today's environment and food system warrants the use of quality supplementation. I make recommendations depending on each client's health history, goals, and or lab work. I also only recommend the highest quality strains and formulations for each of my clients.
SUCCESS MINDSET: Your mind is not separate from your body. Each person's body adapts and responds based on what your brain is telling it. With each client, I focus on Rebalancing the “ WHOLE” person. Clients feel compelled to share their success story of how they achieved their goals with their friends, family, co-workers, and community.
